Breakfast Protein Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. or 1 individual vanilla low fat Greek yogurt 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1?4 C. cinnamon baked apples
  • 10 almonds or other nuts

What You’ll Need

  • Small plastic bowl with a lid

Prepare

  • In a small plastic bowl add yogurt and protein.
  • Stir well until well mixed and powder is dissolved.
  • Stir in apples and nuts.
  • Devour now or cover and refrigerate overnight!

Breakfast Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ¼ – ½ C. old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ – 1 C. water, milk or almond milk
  • ¼ C. cinnamon baked apples
  • 10 almonds or other nuts

What You’ll Need

  • Small plastic bowl with a lid

Prepare

  • In a small plastic bowl add water or milk and protein. Put on the lid and shake vigoursly until well mixed and powder is dissolved.
  • Stir in oats, apples and nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
