Roasting Garlic

Roasted garlic is AMAZING!!  And it is SUPER simple!

Cut the tops off, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil, roast in preheated 400 degree oven for an hour, let it cook and squeeze cloves out!

It is spreadable and so versatile; you can make so many sauces!  My all time favorite is spreading it on warm french bread with Brie cheese….SOOOOO good!!

  1. I remember roasting Garlic in culinary school, and have not done it since. Thanks to your posting as a reminder, I’m going to start roasting again
