Get adequate sleep. Eating the best diet in the world will not energize you if you are not getting adequate sleep.

  1. Kathy, Actually after getting up this morning at 3am to finish posting my Blog, I feel a ‘Power Nap’ coming on. Adequate sleep is so important. It is the opportune time for the body to recuperate. Proper sleeping habits allows for the release of important hormones for recovery, growth, and repair.

    I was just hit with a tiny wave of tired.
