    You’re right. A day hardly goes by where someone asks me what they have to do to get in the shape that I’m in. I simply reply: “Use more energy than you take in.” Or as you’ve stated, simply increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, in addition to your other points.

    Just making those minor adjustments can have a positive effect on someone’s health.
